The Dock

Welcome to your Northwest nook. For decades, Surprise Lake was dotted with charming resorts, attracting families looking to escape city life. At the center of it all, you could experience the simple, spectacular thrill of boldly leaping-or tentatively stepping-off the sun-soaked high dive into the deep. The high dive may be gone, but the place is still a springboard. Here, the ability to immerse yourself in nature, in the spirit of living fully, remains intact. Choose from newly renovated one, two- and three-bedroom layouts in a beautiful natural setting, tucked in alongside Tacoma and a quick shot to Seattle. The Dock at Surprise Lake is knit right into the fabric of 16 green acres of Northwest woods, meandering trails, and parks tended with care. Settled in among towering fir trees, sparkling lake views, and relaxing lodge vibes, you can easily forget just how closely connected you are to I-5, SR-18, and the Valley Freeway (SR-167).
