Live at Sun Ridge Apartments, a small controlled access building (individual pin code access) in Kenmore just a few blocks away from Safeway and the park and ride. We are privately owned with an onsite manager, 24 hour maintenance, and video surveillance.
Photos are of a nearly identical unit that was remodeled last year. The upcoming apartment will look very similar, but it will feature a stainless‑steel dishwasher along with a white refrigerator, microwave, and range. It will also include a matching stacked washer and dryer instead of the shelf‑style setup shown in the photos. I don't have current photos of the actual unit because the previous resident lived there for more than six years. Tours are expected to begin in late June or early July, with the apartment move‑in ready before the end of July.
Unit 106 is a 600-square-foot one-bedroom apartment located on the first floor. It features tile countertops, a tile backsplash, and undercabinet lighting in the kitchen. The bathroom also boasts a tile countertop and tile backsplash. The unit includes a private patio and a combination of luxury vinyl plank (LVP) and carpet flooring.
Rent is $1,620.00 PLUS a water and sewer charge of $80.00/month per person.
One free reserved offstreet uncovered parking space. Carport spaces available for an additional $50/month. Refundable security deposit of $900.00. Cats friendly only (two cat limit) with a $30.00/month pet rent (per animal) and $300.00 refundable pet deposit and an additional $200.00 for a second cat. Limited portable A/C units available to rent.
At this time, we require applications to be filled out in person after viewing the apartment. If you choose to fill out an application, there is a fee of $35.95 per person, payable by check, cash, Zelle, or Venmo. A credit score of at least 680 is required, along with a clean criminal record. Please note that applications must be completed in our office- we do not accept online applications.
