Verified residentReview source: verified residentCameron doesn’t know how to enforce rules and we pay $100 a month for parking when somebody continues to park in our spot. Hot tub has been out of service for years. he lied to us saying he was getting quotes and having it fixed when it’s been broken for years, he used that to get us to move in and we’ve had no dishwasher for three months
