Current tenants are using the detached building as a bedroom. There are three off-street parking spaces behind the house.

TENANT APPROVAL CRITERIA: $50 application fee. 650+ credit score and verifiable monthly income that is 3x the tenant's portion of the rent. If not qualified (common for students), tenants must have co-signers.
CO-SIGNER APPROVAL CRITERIA: $50 application fee. 650+ credit score and verifiable monthly income that is 4x the tenant's portion of the rent.
