Unlike older Newport News neighborhoods, these properties typically feature modern amenities like master bathrooms and walk-in closets increasingly important for families sharing spaces. Most rental homes include garages – particularly valuable during coastal Virginia's hurricane season when vehicle protection becomes essential.
