Requirements: Valid photo ID and social security number- total monthly household income must exceed 3X the rent- no evictions or unpaid judgments from previous landlords- all adults in the household will need to pass a background check, 2 per bedroom maximum Occupants, minimum credit score of 600. No pets, no smoking. I would also ad that this is not a student housing, so I would not consider students or unrelated group of tenants.
