Pet Application Charge is $20 for each pet. NOTE: Applicants that do not own pets or those with service and/or ESA animals WILL NOT be charged for pet screening. For the pet application you will need to provide proof of vaccination.
Please note there will be additional charges of Non-Refundable Pet Fee $300.
Upon approval tenants will be subject to a $150 one-time tenant set up fee.
Tenant Benefit Package: $35 monthly Tenant benefit package which includes- Monthly Filters, $1M Identity Theft Protection, Credit Building, and a Resident Rewards Program, Utility concierge and much more.
Each applicant over the age of 18 must submit a separate rental application.
To complete this rental application you must provide Valid state ID and proof of SSN, monthly income, 3 years of residential history as well as contact information for your rental references and please note that most properties require that applicant combined gross income is at least three (3) times the monthly rent amount.
