Mountain bike trails, parks and more recreation than you will find anywhere. 2" blinds, LED lighting, Stainless Steel appliances, washer and dryer hookups and more. Live in the fresh air but be close to everything. No pets, no smoking. Liability insurance required. Tenants pay all utilities including: water, garbage and sewer for $85/month. Internet is $35/month. EQUAL HOUSING OPPORTUNITY. All properties are first come first served. Credit and Criminal background checks will be performed on all applicants.
