The Space:
Living Area
The entire back of the house has windows that span the living and dining area. Enjoy the beautiful views looking directly onto the marina and many sailboats.
Enjoy a little downtime on the comfortable sectional sleeper sofa in the living area while watching a movie on the 60" flatscreen TV. The chef won't feel excluded while cooking family meals, because the fully-stocked kitchen is open to the main living area. Enjoy meals at the 6-seat dining table, or enjoy a cook-out and barbecue while resting at the covered patio's dining table.

Bed and Bath
The primary bedroom on the third floor has a luxurious king bed, private en-suite bathroom with 2 master closets, storage, flatscreen TV and freshly laundered linens and towels. Enjoy your coffee and ocean breeze from the private 3rd floor balcony from your primary bedroom.
Two second floor bedrooms provide sleeping for 6, complete with a King size bed and flatscreen TV in the 2nd bedroom and plenty of room for the kids in the 3rd bedroom bunk room.
Guest bathroom offers storage and space for everyone, and additional accommodations available with double size sleeper sofa.

Enjoy breath-taking sunsets from the many patios, balconies and porches this home provides and additional outdoor games and kayaks available for your leisure days. Onsite parking inside the two car-garage or driveway. Know that your home will feel comfortable as a brand new cooling system has been installed.

Settle into the peace and comfort of the Bridge Harbor community, terrific fishing, boating and local recreation, dinner on Surfside Beach 5 minutes down the road, or 25 mile drive to the many attractions on Galveston Island. Lake Jackson is also close by providing everyday necessities.

Month-to-month rent is preferred however longer term rent up to 1 year is considered upon request with additional deposit and utilities not included.
Small pets are allowed for an additional pet rent of $100/ month.
