Verified residentI really like living here. Maintenance helps within the day, which is nice. The insulation isn’t the greatest, so I’ve had to budget in a spike in the cost of AC and heat during the summer and winter. People are generally friendly and they do have pets, despite what the lease says about no pets. The staff is also very friendly and are good about communicating things going on in the complex. I will be resigning my lease!
