Our intimate and modern space is the perfect retreat for those who enjoy high end furnishings in a comfortable, home-like setting. 1.5 blocks to Laneda Ave (main village with all the shops), 3.5 blocks to the beach with private back yard, fire pit and golf course views.

Here's your modern, clean, newly remodeled beach house for rent in an awesome location within the best little town on the Oregon coast. Fully furnished with high end finishes and private backyard with golf course views.

This IS NOT a short-term vacation rental - no weekends or shorter, multi-night stays. It's also NOT a long term rental - 12 months or more. It's a "mid-term" option for anyone desiring a 30 day stay or longer. We keep a WAIT LIST for all months as renters/tenants may need to change plans.

DESCRIPTION:

Interior amenities include scraped acacia hardwood flooring, new kitchen appliances including Electrolux glass cooktop, Ceasarstone counters, All-Clad cookware, Ann Sacks tiled bathroom with walk in Hansgrohe shower and radiant heated tile flooring, dimmable LED lighting throughout, high speed Wi-Fi, Bosch washer/dryer in unit, all new contemporary furniture and other high end finishings.

The interior layout, designed by TVA Architects of Portland, is open while still intimate. Two bedrooms feature brand new queen size beds, new carpeting and plenty of storage. Main living area is dynamite and has terrific flow - it's one big great room with great light and views to the golf course in the back yard. Brand new Smart ROKU TV's are in living area and main bedroom with YouTube TV. You also have your own private backyard complete with modern patio furniture, fire pit, Weber grills (charcoal & electric) and golf course views. As you sit down for an evening cocktail on the back patio you can hear the ocean in the background.

Finally, the location! Just a block to Laneda Avenue with boutique shops, banks, galleries, grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, wine & whiskey bars, post office, library, spa ... you name it. And we're just a short 3.5 block stroll to the beach - situated on a quiet street and tucked into our own little micro climate on those windy coastal days. 3THREE8 Manzanita ~ where forest meets ocean ~ it's beautiful here ~

Terms: month to month, modern furnished Manzanita beach rental - perfect for temp/remote workers, retirees or anyone desiring lodging on the coast for 30 days or longer. Small - medium sized dog OK/negotiable for additional fee. Two person maximum. We cover all utilities except electric (WiFi, cable, water, sewer and garbage). No security deposit required.
