Regular Rental Move-in fees:

With this option, you will have an agreement with the owner that you will be able to purchase the home from the owner after your lease of 1 year has been completed. The price the owner agrees to sell you home for is $135,000.00 and this price will not increase or decrease during your time as tenants. While the move in fees do seem high, please keep in mind that all of your move in fees (minus your first month's rent) will then go towards your down payment for the purchase of the property. On top of that, we set aside $100.00 from every single on time rent payment you give to us while you complete your lease term, and that too will be added to your down payment.
