Renters love it here
If you need maintenance sometimes it takes a day sometimes it takes weeks. The apartment is quiet. Have not had a lot of isssues here
The apartments are nice but every building has a roach and mice issue. Sure they address the issue to the extent they can but roaches will never go away and they won’t tell you till after you sign a lease. Absolutely not worth the money. 1700 for a one bedroom with utilities because they force you to do it through them. Now going up to 1850 for the same unit. That is just wrong. The units aren’t worth 1700 let alone 1850 a month. Staff can only help so much, so nothing really gets resolved properly. Like the roaches, they wouldn’t let me move but decided to raise the rent.. the gym is amazing but the company fills the sanitizer bottles with water… very unsanitary. we pay a lot to be here.. you think they could afford sanitizer.
