The upper condo has a washer, dryer and dishwasher, living-dining room, kitchen, two bathrooms, two bedrooms. and a storage closet outside the front door. It also has a deck in back.
You can rent only the upper condo (2 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room-dining, kitchen) for the price listed above (including utilities) or the whole condo (for instance if you have two family units, since that would mean an additional living room-kitchens, an additional bedrooms, and two more baths, or turn the lower living room-kitchen into a fourth bedroom, for $2400 (not including utilities).
The condo association has a pool, recreation room, park/picnic area, sledding hill, and all year the grounds and forest are beautiful. And it's next door to national forest with trekking trails.
And, of course, it's convenient to jobs in Plymouth area and, via I-93, you can reach jobs and shopping from Littleton to Concord.
No dogs. No smoking anything.
Process:
1. Please apply first, with names and email addresses of landlords and employers of the last four years so we can request referrals.
2. If that goes well, we'll arrange a mutually convenient time for viewing.
3. If after viewing you confirm you want to rent it, you can authorize the background check, which is $55.
4. If that goes well, we'll arrange a mutually convenient time to meet to sign the rental agreement, pay the security deposit and first month's rent, and receive the keys.
