Verified residentReview source: verified resident4in walls, super thin. 8ft ceilings. 30gal water tank, 12 minute hot showers adjusting the handle until the tank empties. Unresponsive management unless in regards to money. Very noisy. Garage and patio are nice if neighbor's are nice. Has potential if you luck out next to decent neighbors. Advice: Spend your money on more internal square footage, better amenities and better management.
