Each of the three rooms has a spacious layout and sizable closets, along with plush carpeted floors. The shared bathrooms have under the sink storage, a shower/tub combination, and tiled floors.

A $200 administrative fee is due upon signing. Water, provided by a shared well, trash pick up, and yard maintenance are all included in the monthly rent. All other utilities are the responsibility of the tenants. A refrigerator, washer and dryer hookups, and stove are included. This home is pet friendly, so bring your furry friend along! There is a non-refundable $250 pet fee and $25 monthly pet rent. Age and breed restrictions apply. Ask your leasing representative for more information prior to submitting the application.
