Main bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, second bedroom has a twin over double bunk bed. Sit and relax on the front porch to enjoy the ocean breeze and ocean view through the beautiful palm trees, Community does offer an elevator from the parking area. Linens not included. Utilities INCLUDED with rent. Small pets may be allowed with owner approval. All showing requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Showings are conducted Monday-Friday between the hours of 10am-4pm and are subject to availability.
