There's roaches, plumbing is horrible, appliances are crap, neighbors have apartment smelling as if I smoke Marijuana, place is inhabitable

I still have a bug issue. My bathroom sink bathroom is cracked. I live in the back by the woods.There's a lot of junk back there.Nobody seems to care.I have to walk my dog out there.Thank you.Have a nice day and if I didn't have to stay here.I would but I have to Because i'm in lease
