Bus service and special transportation are available for Senior Citizens. Here you can retire to a carefree life in a community where others have similar interests. Sage Tower is designed for your comfort and ease of living. Interiors are color coordinated, individual temperature control, individual smoke sensors, refuse chute on each floor and wiring for cable TV and telephone. There is a central meeting room, activity room, sun room,library, laundry facilities, a computer room, beauty shop, resident store, service coordinator and two elevators. Sage Tower offer complete dining service in our comfortable dining room. Food service is cost in addition to the rent. Rent includes all utilities paid except telephone and cable TV.
