Application & Move-In Details:
A $60 non-refundable application fee is required for each tenant. All prospective tenants must pass a comprehensive background and credit check to qualify. If a tenant does not meet the screening requirements, a guarantor will be required. Each guarantor must also complete a separate application and pay the $60 application fee.

Upon signing the lease, the tenant must pay the first month's rent and a security deposit equal to one month's rent.
