Non Refundable Application Fee: $50 per applicant (Any occupant 18 years or older will be required to have an approved application)
At the end of your application, you'll have the option to pay your $50 application fee by Credit, Debit or e-check. Additionally, you can bring in a money order into our office.

What happens after I apply?
