Welcome to "Atlantic View II", a fully furnished winter rental with ocean views and walking distance to Short Sands Beach!! The cottage has an open floor plan on the first level, with a fully functional eat-in kitchen (dishwasher, coffee maker, etc), stacked washer/dryer, freshly updated 3/4 bathroom (no tub), and living room with TV and views of the ocean.
Upstairs you'll find three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two twin beds, and one with a queen-sized bed. Two of the bedrooms also have ocean views.
Parking is limited to two cars (tandem style) and this is a pet-free and smoke-and vape free property.
A winter tenant is responsible for electricity (heat source, all rooms have their own thermostats) and snow removal of the two tandem style parking spots in back (the shared driveway is plowed). All other utilities are included.
