WINTER RENTAL AVAIL NOV 1ST THROUGH MAY 15, 2027 Welcome to "Atlantic View II", a fully furnished winter rental with ocean views and walking distance to Short Sands Beach!! The cottage has an open floor plan on the first level, with a fully functional eat-in kitchen (dishwasher, coffee maker, etc), stacked washer/dryer, freshly updated 3/4 bathroom (no tub), and living room with cable TV and views of the ocean. Upstairs you'll find three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two twin beds, and one with a queen-sized bed. Two of the bedrooms also have ocean views. Parking is limited to two cars (tandem style) and this is a pet-free and smoke-and vape free property (non negotiable). A winter tenant is responsible for electricity (heat source, each room has its own thermostat) and snow removal of the two tandem style parking spots in back (the shared driveway is plowed). All other utilities are included. Tenant pays for electricity (also heat source) as well as snow removal of the dedicated parking area (fits two cars, tandem style). Sorry, no pets allowed (non negotiable) and no smoking/vaping.
