    “This is a great place to stay due to how much care and effort the management takes to keep up. There have been a few incidents where certain things stop working such as the central air but calling maintenance takes two seconds and they tend to fix the problem as soon as they can which is greatly appreciated. They also go out of their way to ensure their tenants have all that they need. Our water stopped working and they offered us another unit to use while they fix the water. The laundry facilities isn't the greatest but it gets the job done and I can't complain about it. The pricing is a little much for such a small townhouse but the service and treatment makes it worth it in the long run if you aren't someone that needs a whole lot of space. It's a peaceful environment, neighbors don't steal packages and often keep to themselves. I only gave the noise rating a somewhat satisfied because the walls are not that good at keeping out the noise of the neighbors next to you, so if you're unfortunately living next to a noisy neighbor that might be bit annoying. You could file a noise complaint, but I am not sure how effective that is. Other than that I give this place an overall 9/10, highly recommend if it's within your budget and you are looking for a small cozy home.”
