Verified residentReview source: verified residentTenants upstairs walks like Godzilla, her small boy throws things off the balcony, runs around banging walls until 10:00 pm, very noisy. Tenant across the street has a 2 car garage & 6 vehicles that park on the sides of the road making it hard to maneuver out of my drive way. People walk their dogs thru my area & I cleaned dog poop off my front porch this morning. Rent is high, takes forever for the water to get hot running out 2 gallons before it starts to get warm!! I would like to change units before my lease is up. I want to move further down my street by the woods and away from the pool.

Verified residentReview source: verified residentFor being advertised as luxury I would of thought the sliding door would be new. The windows leaked air and the a/c has yet to keep up. Every thing else is awesome and I would highly recommend for someone to live here.
