2) Applicant must show proof of income, (i.e. Social Security Benefits letter, last 6 paystubs, bank statements, or tax returns. Child support is not considered.) Income needs to meet or exceed 2.5 times the amount of the monthly rent.

Management reserves the right to verify references and review publicly available information as part of the applicant screening process.
Applicants are required to pass screening.
