Charming, newer 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhomes are conveniently located in Nampa off Orchard Ave and Nampa Caldwell Blvd close to Fred Meyer, Lions Park, Treasure Valley Marketplace, and with easy freeway access.

With just over 1050 sq ft, the townhomes have a nice layout. The two bedrooms are upstairs, each with a private bathroom.

The main living area is open to the kitchen with laminate flooring throughout. The kitchen has beautiful granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and a nicely sized pantry. There is also a nice storage closet off the back patio.

Up to two cats or small dogs, or one medium sized dog allowed with separate pet deposit of $400 per pet, non-refundable pet fee of $100 per pet, and $25/month pet rent per pet - there are breed and weight restrictions for dogs.

Additional Details:
Tenant is responsible for all utilities - W/S/T is billed at a flat rate of $60/month.
No smoking or vaping permitted.
Security deposit of $1900 is due at lease signing (deposit-free option available through Obligo for qualified applicants).
Renter's insurance required.
