Verified residentReview source: verified residentMy appt needed major repairs even though there were 30 days after lease was signed before I moved in. Carpet sticky needs removed, major repairs neededed, cracked flooring tile, bathrooms mo towel racks, windows didn't open, damaged to doors with rotting wood and many more. I asked to move to another unit and no response yet. But Mgmt sent me a late pymt fir rent. Unit 7330.
