Spacious, furnished 3 or 4 bedroom home in Makawao's Maui Uplands, Upcountry Maui. This 2,200 square foot single-level home was fully remodeled in 2018 and comes move-in ready with quality furnishings throughout.
The home has three bedrooms and two full baths, with one bedroom opening to an attached loft that works well as a second bedroom for siblings. A 2,000 square foot lanai wraps the home with open coastal views, ideal for Upcountry mornings and sunsets. Split-system AC keeps the bedrooms comfortable, and the home has its own full-size washer and dryer.
Outside you'll find a large fenced and irrigated front yard with a swingset, a two-car garage, and a 400 square foot storage area. The setting is quiet and green, with the cool Upcountry climate Makawao is known for, while still being a short drive to town, schools, and the north shore.
Electricity is included in the rent, powered in part by an owned rooftop solar and battery system. A separate flat shared-services fee of $788 per month covers lawn care, pest control, high-speed internet, water, and trash, so those are handled for you. Hawaii General Excise Tax applies and is added per the lease.
Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis, with a limit of two pets total. Because the home is fully furnished, we ask that you tell us about any pets when you apply, including the type, breed, size, and age, so we can talk it through before signing. Approved pets are named in the lease and require an additional refundable pet deposit of $750, held separately from the security deposit and returned at move-out less any pet-related damage, plus pet rent of $75 per month per pet. We ask that pets be house-trained and that outdoor time happen in the fenced yard. Assistance animals and service animals are not considered pets under fair housing law, are always welcome, and are not subject to any pet deposit or pet rent.
