It is centrally located in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach and less than a mile from Walmart and other retail stores and dining. The beach is less than 2 miles away. Unit is a 3 BR 2 Ba farmhouse style with large kitchen and open living room. Home is decorated nicely and you will not find a nicer master bathroom. Unit has large fenced in yard with fire pit and barbecue area. Central heat and air. No pets and all tenants will need to pass a background check. Will consider renting unfurnished for $3,000 per month.
