For convenience, there is a full-size washer/dryer in the laundry area off the balcony. Also, you can keep your car shaded in the designated carport, plus guest parking plentiful (free).

The East Lake Woodlands community is gated and very safe, great for bike rides or walks to the nearby restaurants, shops, shopping centers, and movie theater.

This unit is conveniently and centrally located to Tampa, St. Pete, Clearwater, Palm Harbor, Dunedin, Safety Harbor, and Tarpon Springs and close to many pristine top rated Gulf Coast beaches. A quiet community that affords both peace and privacy, yet close to all things necessary and/or fun – movies, malls, shopping, theaters, tours, parks, tourist attractions, sports activities. There are numerous golf courses within a short distance.

This 2nd-floor unit (stairs/no elevator) is available to long-term renters. Small pets are allowed (max 2, under 40 lbs. each) $300 non-refundable deposit.
