55 Beebe Hill Road

A 20th century classic on the outskirts of Falls Village. Surrounded by open meadow, fruit trees and perennial gardens. There are 2 screened porches accessible from the living room and the dining room. The house is very close to the Falls Village public pool (beautiful), the Falls Village Inn, the coffee shop, Library and the Great Falls of the Housatonic. The Appalachian Trail is within walking distance for hiking. Landlords pay utilities and lawn maintenance. The house has been remodeled and is stylishly decorated. The train to NY is 20 minutes away. A truly delightful place to spend July and August.
