Plus the Aspenwood Complex has a great outdoor pool, 2 grotto style hot tubs, outdoor grill, a workout room plus a steam sauna! The layout is great and has good separation between the living and bedroom areas. There is a gas fireplace and a washer/dryer in the unit. Parking is available in the numbered lots just next to the complex. The bus stop is just down the street at the Base Village Mall. Please note that 2nd bedroom can be reconfigured with a queen bed instead of a bunkbed for long term rentals. Includes a storage locker for long term rentals.
