This historic Downtown Home is 116 years old and was built by an early Cripple Creek mining engineer. In 1926 it was converted into 2 living spaces. It will remind you of early Colorado Springs at the turn of the 20th century. The neighborhood boasts 100-year old trees, good walking areas and 3 parks. We are within walking distance to the middle of the city and 2 blocks to Memorial Hospital.
This fully furnished Colorado Springs home is all inclusive with free high-speed Wi-Fi in all areas on the premises, 4 digital cable TVs, VCR, DVD, hardwood floors with Persian style carpets, and a washer and dryer. Additionally, this home has a total of 5 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 dining rooms, 2 living rooms with work desk and telephone, a TV/Media room, an outside kitchen and a large private 6-person hot tub. There is a large covered patio (17x20) with a built-in outdoor kitchen (grill, refrigerator, sink) and a private garden in the back yard for your use. Also, there is a secluded patio off the dining room downstairs. There is a small deck with patio table and chairs just out the back door on the upper story, and lighted off-street parking for 3-4 cars (other cars can park on the street in front of the house).
