The home sits on a huge lot with a newer deck, a concrete patio for summer cookouts with a fenced in backyard. The kitchen has updated cabinets, countertops and appliances. There is air conditioning for the summer heat, a lovely fireplace for the cold winters and ceiling fans in every bedroom!

This property is currently tenant occupied and will be until 5/31. We will not be conducting showings for this property until after 5/31 due to COVID concerns. Hourly staff/labor costs include benefits such as health-care benefits, paid-time-off allotments, and time blocked out for regular training.

*Also, as a standard practice, if the property allows, we do not permit more than two (2) pets, pets that are more than 60 lbs., or pets under 12 months of age, without first gaining authorization from our property owner/client. This means that an application could still be declined due to pets, even if the property is marked as accepting pets on the listing. We do require a $250 nonrefundable initial pet fee per pet, due prior to occupancy, and a monthly Pet Accommodation Fee of $25.00 per pet.
