Property DescriptionThis spacious 3/2 in Mckinleyville is located in the Little Pond area and has much to offer with many recent updates. The entrance leads into a large living room that features hardwood oak floors, vaulted ceilings, a wood stove as well as forced air heating, great natural light, and transitions nicely into the dining room. The tiled kitchen has a great layout between the stainless steel Whirlpool appliances, with plenty of storage in the wooden cabinets, a new Corian countertop, and the sink has a nice garden window looking out to the yard. Down the hall are bedrooms 1 & 2 with new carpeting and large closets. Opposite them, is the shared full bathroom with shower/tub combo, nice vanity, tiled floor, and skylight. The large primary bedroom is situated away from the street, with oak floors, changing to tile in the roomy bathroom that also has a full shower/tub combo. In the 2 car garage are an existing washer and dryer, large work table, cabinets, and access to the yard. The backyard is a mix of grass, cement patio, brick pavers, and paved path through the gate to the driveway. Lovely established plants grace the front of the house, and a tenant who would keep the plants and freshly planted grass seed watered would be wonderful. The owner has requested no animals and will provide Garbage/Recycling, and lawn care.
