Lots of outdoor entertaining space with concrete patios in the front side yards as well as a covered rear patio overlooking large lawn with mature shrubs storage shed. There's also a side ramp entrance for disabled/wheelchair access. Attached 2-car garage with new roll-up door, automatic opener hookups for washer dryer. Schools (per internet): Hoover High, Ahwahnee Middle, Viking Elementary Target Move-In Date: January 25 to February 5, 2026 Lease Terms: 1-year lease (which becomes month-to-month when the term expires) Security Deposit: The deposit amount is confirmed after the results of the credit screening (please see Application Process on our website for criteria).
