Proof of income- 30 days most recent paystubs required (income must be 2.5 times greater than the monthly rent. may be combined income if multiple applicants)

Rental history with name and phone numbers of landlords

A valid copy of each applicant's photo ID

A valid copy of each applicant's social security card

No Prior Evictions or Bankruptcies

Upon approval, the security deposit is to be delivered within 48 hours with certified funds.
