Downstairs there is a good sized living area, a kitchen with a huge granite island and a half bath. Outside there is a fully landscaped yard and a 2 car garage with alley access. Belcourt is a wonderful community with so many amenities including a community center, fitness center and a resort style pool, a huge park and lots of walking trails. Pets considered with each pet there would be a $50 increase in monthly rent and additional deposit of $250. We do not accept the Zillow application.
