2, first- it seem likes it wasn't ready when we move, so we haven't use it, the laundry and dryer were not working and we're using our own, the maintenance guy kept saying he will come and pick those unuse laundry and dryer from the garage but have not done it yet. dirty and nasty, there's only one burner working on the stove and the oven is smoking alot when turning in on.
