“For the past 6 months management has been changing what seems like every week. There’s never a constant face or name to go to. Another reason is the manager has told me one thing and then it never happened when he said it would. Maintenance used to be pretty good about getting things done until recently also. I’ve had to put in multiple work orders for the same couple issues and instead of fixing the problem they just replace and appliance. To which the appliance sounds like it’s rolling down a mountain when you run it.”
“Skyline is very quiet and maintenance always showed up fast when issues arrived. The rent is at market but I expected it to be cheaper due to the age of the place. I like the location because it is right on mopac and is walking distance from my office.”
