The bedroom has the same high ceilings, a fan, and two windows allowing lots of light. Jointly leased, the security deposit is typically the same amount as the rent. A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing. Electric is the responsibility of the tenant, with water, sewer, trash pickup, yard care, and internet included in the monthly rent.
