6. Apply if you pass references / background / credit checks- less than 3 moves in last 5 years- history of prompt bill payments- credit score greater than 650- bank account(s) showing at least $7000- and absence of felony conviction or eviction.
7. Tenant is responsible for utilities (~$180 mosly/electricity, ~$35/water, ~$25/trash, $57/EPB internet- for family of 4), yard maintenance (mowing, trimming bushes)
