Tenants are not guaranteed a parking spot in the lot, as the spots are not assigned, but they may park one vehicle in the lot for free.
There is a large shared yard, perfect for pets. All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals.
