“During my walkthrough I specifically asked about maintenance response times and was told 24-48 hours. Day 1 I put in a request because my dishwasher had very obvious damage preventing its use. I checked in 2 weeks later and was told to submit an online ticket. I checked in two weeks later and was told they just put in the order to replace the part. It took a month for me to finally be able to use my dishwasher. This was in an "updated" unit where I was told all appliances would be brand new, yet I have an old dishwasher (still). Not only was I misled during the walkthrough about the new appliance, but the lack of communication and long wait time was ridiculous. I was also told the wall damage in the halls would be replaced before I even moved in, yet over a month later and it still looks grungy out there. Hardly the "luxury" appeal that is advertised. Lastly, the drinks/snacks in the clubhouse are often not stocked. Cups run out, coffee things for the machine run out or are hidden away when the office closes, and other drinks/snacks inconsistently available. For what we pay and how many units there are, you should hire more maintenance people to bring this property up to its standard and stop being so stingy with the clubhouse amenities.”
