New stove and new hot water heater are being installed. Owner/Landlord prefers month to month lease. Tenant is responsible for electric, cable, gas, heat, hot water, trash removal, snow ice removal, lawn/shrubbery care. Landlord will pay for: cold water, recycling removal, sewage fees and sewage maintenance, heater maintenance and pest control and appliance repairs.
