New stove and new hot water heater are being installed. Owner/Landlord prefers month to month lease. Tenant is responsible for electric, cable, gas, heat, hot water, trash removal, snow ice removal, lawn/shrubbery care. Landlord will pay for: cold water, recycling removal, sewage fees and sewage maintenance, heater maintenance and pest control and appliance repairs. First, last and security deposit equal to one month's rent due at signing. Proof of Rental/Tenant's Insurance required and must be provided at time of application or prior to lease signing.
