Cute Home Close to Everything

This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home is soon to be on city water and sewer. There is a wood stove to keep you nice and warm on our cold Central Oregon nights. An added bonus is the mini split system recently installed which provides air conditioning. The open floorplan gives the home a spacious feel. Conveniently located with easy access to Hwy 97 for your commute into town, or Burgess Rd. for all of your outdoor adventures. The front and side yard are completely fenced, there is a storage/wood shed for tenant use, and the home sits back off of Burgess so it feels nice and private. There is a large shop located at the front of the driveway that is not included in the rental.
