Welcome to the Apartment List March 2026 Rent Report for Beachwood, OH. Currently, the overall median rent in the city stands at $2,178, after rising 1.4% last month. Prices and are now up 1.1% year-over-year. Read on to learn more about what’s been happening in the Beachwood rental market and how it compares to trends throughout the nation as a whole.
The median rent in Beachwood rose by 1.4% over the course of February, and has now increased by a total of 1.1% over the past 12 months. Beachwood’s rent growth over the past year has is similar to the state average (0.2%) and has outpaced the national average (-1.5%).
Two months into the year, rents in Beachwood have risen 1.4%. This is a slower rate of growth compared to what the city was experiencing at this point last year: from January to February 2025 rents had increased 3.9%.
