The room is situated on the second floor, providing ample privacy.
The residence is conveniently within walking distance of a shopping area and gym, five minutes from Summit Mall and a variety of restaurants, shops, yoga studios, banks, and a movie theater, and three minutes from the freeway. Carson City is less than a 17-minute drive away.

This opportunity is well suited for working professionals, travel nurses, professional students, or individuals seeking transitional housing. Occupancy is limited to one person only. We currently have a toy terrier and a mini poodle, so we are unable to accommodate additional pets.
