We are looking for someone to takeover our leases starting May 21st 2019 for a spacious 2 bed, 2 bath apartment in East Hampton in Newport Jersey City. The apartment building is just a 5 min walk from the Newport Path station and a 15min train ride to 33rd Street New York.
Lease start date is May 21st 2019 and current lease is valid till October 20th 2019. New tenant will have the option of renewing the lease when the current lease expires. If you need to move in a little bit (upto 3 weeks) earlier that can be negotiated.
