"Turtle Cove 125: Pelican Cabana" is a three bedroom, three bathroom townhouse located within a private community with private beach access. Tucked away on Crosswinds Drive in Surf City, it is an easy walk to the beach, shopping, the pier, and restaurants. Community pool is open from April 5th to October 7th!
Upon entering unit 125, directly ahead you will find a fully equipped, contemporary kitchen with bar seating.
To your left, you will find a laundry closet equipped with a washer and dryer, a bedroom with two bunkbeds, and a full bath. There is a dining table for 6 and a cozy living area featuring a large flat screen TV. The large sliding glass door lets in ample natural sunlight and leads out to a deck featuring an outdoor dining table, making it the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms, each with their own private bath. Both bedrooms have a king size bed. One has a view of the sound, and the other has it's own private balcony.
Being just a short walk across the street to the private community pool, a family park, and the beach "Turtle Cove 125: Pelican Cabana" is the perfect place to enjoy on Topsail Island!
